At Radius Specialty Hospitals, we know that it can be difficult to adjust to a new medical setting, so we are committed to creating the most supportive environment possible for our patients and their families.
Our Director of Patient Relations is a visible presence, touching base with as many patients and families as possible on a daily basis. She is available to listen to concerns and suggestions, and assists in finding answers and solutions in efforts to improve the hospital experience. She serves as a visible link to hospital staff in communicating and addressing patient and family concerns that could interfere with the healing process. As with other staff, contact with the Director of Patient Relations offers an individualized, useful and nurturing presence.
In a long-term care setting, the family is an important source of support and encouragement and we strive to stay in close touch in order to build relationships and foster continued involvement. Please fell free to discuss any of your questions or concerns.
